C. Exchange, If you are sure that the other size can fit you well, then we can exchange the other size for you, then just do return the first dress and reorder a new size dress, and we will refund you the first dress when we get it back.

According to our 13 years experience of making dresses in this industry, the return rate is very high for plus size dresses, return rate is over 70% for mermaid styles, as most dresses from our shop are mermaid styles, so for plus size girls, someone have big waist, the others have big hip or butt, in most time, plus size standard size dresses can't fit well, so our buyers have to return them back and reorder a new custom made dress again, this way not only waste your time, but also take you extra money to send the dress back, as the wedding is so important, the wedding date can't be delayed either, so even buyers reorder a new dress, the time may not enough, that would be the biggest disaster. To sellers, basis on such a high return rate, it's unprofitable a lot to do such business, if we keep this high return rate, we will be closed soon.
